A: Eventually, that will only make sense. For now, it's only because it's checking for updates. Get the updates!
Q: How do I get into the house if I'm trapped outside?
A: You need to use a Secret Passage, or a Trapdoor. Secret Passage is currently available only after hitting the "Show Cards" button.
