Day 6. Of a paid vacation. Which seems likely to stretch out to a full 10 days.

I may not be able to plan a party, but I can definitely throw one together at the last minute.

Unfortunately, some of my guests aren't so good at it.

And another paycheque closer to escape. And now that I think about it, just 2 weeks until...*grin*

On a down note, I've been hit by 2 virii. LoveSan at work, and some evil, malicious variant at home. Which translates to a lot of downtime at work, and frustration at home. And since none of the Anti-Virus corporations have come across my variant yet, let alone offered up a solution, I guess I get to try my hand at disinfecting my machine manually. Could be fun, I suppose.

Congratulations to my brother Jeff and new sister-in-law Andrea, on getting married yesterday. The ceremony was great, as was the reception.

I also want to thank Tropicana Tropics, which is an excellent way to re-enter the world on non-alcoholic beverages, which I left firmly behind at lunch on Thursday.

I'd write more, but I have to run off and jump through some last-minute hoops for their wedding present :)

The rehearsal dinner last night was great.

The rest of the evening was even better.

I'm in such a good mood today, despite a lack of sleep :)

Well, that was interesting. Must do it again soon.

A few days ago, I broke my site, because after months of being pestered to upgrade Coranto, I finally grabbed the new version, and installed it. And amazingly, didn't have everything backed up properly. So, a whopping 48 hours later, Coranto's been upgraded again. So perhaps I'll break my site again, but at least this time I know things are backed up.

This week, work isn't even going to be a full 3 and a half days. Yesterday seemed to fly by. However, here I am at 9:20 on Wednesday, and this week feels like it's dragged on forever. I think it's just because of the non-work parts of this week I'm comparing things to.
