I picked up and built my desk today. I probably won't be moving the computer out to it for another 2 weeks, but the desk is there. And eventually we'll manage to figure out how to arrange all the furniture so that we're not tripping over it.

Work still sucks, despite winning a hat. Yes, a hat. And getting lots of praise from my bosses. Yes, I'm good at this. I hate it, but nonetheless.

I find myself wanting to sign my own blog updates with "v30". I need to stop doing this.

Despite my complaining, things are going well out here, now that the weather is a little more bearable. It might even hit spring-like weather soon. Maybe by late May.

I've had a busy day off.

I found a really interesting toy online, but I'm not sure if I'll actually invest in it or not.

Spiders seem to possibly be invading our apartment as the weather finally warms up. I'm disturbed beyond belief.

There's a new version of Coranto available, and I really should upgrade, but it's not my #1 priority lately. For that matter, neither is the site redesign, but hopefully I'll manage to do both at some point.

Anyone want a spindle of DVD+R discs? Stupid competing standards. Forgot about that.

Yesterday I was struck hopelessly homesick. I blame my brief exposure to an actual city for the first time in 3 months. It passed after a few hours, but I miss everyone a lot. Oh well, I won't be here forever, I suppose.

So many things I want to do that I just can't find the time for. Night shift translates into me being too tired to do anything in the morning, but by the time I'm coherent to do something, I'm leaving for work again.

I really must take advantage of my days off.
