Trip Update...In progress
It's getting there. In fact, it might even be done. I don't really want it to just be a photogallery, but I've posted it in that form. Hopefully I can motivate myself to write more about it than the quick little pictures/descriptions I've already posted.
Oh, I suppose I should link to it, for those of you who don't regularly check my Articles page. And I can't say I blame you, as I update it once in a blue moon.
I should also mention that I've done up photo galleries for the last two Click Dealies, but then again, everyone conceivably interested in those pictures knows about them already.
Urge to kill....Rising
Ugggh. It's way too early. But, since I'm going to have to be up significantly earlier tomorrow morning, I guess this actually works out pretty well.
If it weren't for that, I'd be about as mad as I could possibly be.
And since I likely won't get a chance to update again for awhile, I'll be gone until the 26th. Though I will have net access in Nova Scotia, so who knows?
I am no one's bitch.
You uhhh...okay there?
"Yeah. It's just that I'm a ninety* year-old, with an eighteen year-old's body."
"So, you're an imbecile?"
"...
Yes!"
*: I misquoted Meg. It didn't change the meaning at all, but there. It's fixed.
Smokers suck.
Seriously. It's a deal breaker.
I don't care if you're hot. I don't care if you're fun. If you smoke, I want nothing to do with you. Regardless of how completely shitfaced I might be at the time.
Ah, Comics.
So my computer's been tied up doing a lot of intensive work lately, and it's been driving me slowly insane. So I finally figured out what to do with the downtime it affords me. Read the 8 dozen or so Graphic Novels I've been meaning to read for the last 6 months.
I know, it seems obvious, but I moved here from Canada and they think I'm slow, eh?
Anyways, I read The Wake a couple days ago, and it was good and bad. Sandman really ends in the 9th book, so the 10th just seems...well, tacked on at the end. And it left me somewhat melancholy, though I suppose, really, that's the idea.
Last night I plowed through League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. I can't compare it to the movie yet, but the book is great. I love Alan Moore's ability to create thoroughly dislikable, flawed heroes.
Okay, I'm done. Time to leave my PC crunching away on it's little assignment for another 3 hours.
